Who is behind Koidå?
Koidå is a passion project and a one-person business and that one person is me Marja Nyberg, a Stockholm based illustrator, born and raised in Sweden. Some of the prints are printed and distributed by Gelato. Other prints are packed and shipped by me.
Every piece you see here is made by me in mixed media, mostly digital. I'll never use AI for my art. However, I don't know how the mockup photos that are not my own, from Gelato or Megapixl, are made. It's hard to find real photo mockups these days. My intention is to only use my own photos in the future, I'll get there!
When will my order be shipped?
My delivery times vary depending on the product and shipping destination. Since some of the posters are printed and shipped locally through Gelato's network of print partners, delivery is often faster and more environmentally friendly than traditional shipping. Typically, delivery takes between 3-10 business days after the order is placed, but exact times may vary depending on the product and destination. I always strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship worldwide. No matter where you are I want to bring a piece of Koidå to your home.
Some of the countries where Gelato have production include Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Germany, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada, Australia, and several others across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia
How much is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I don't have flat rates; instead, shipping is based on current postal rates (PostNord/National Postal Service) depending on the weight of your order and your location.
How are the prints packaged?
I take great care to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes or reinforced flat envelopes to prevent bending.
What if my print arrives damaged?
Even though everything is securely packed, accidents can happen during transit. If your order is damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact me at marja.nyberg@gmail.com within 7 days, and I’ll help you out.
Are you avaliable for commissions?
Absolutely! I am open to private commissions and custom projects. To discuss your ideas, timeline, and pricing, please reach out to me directly via email: marja.nyberg@gmail.com
Do you offer custom sizes or colors for your prints?
Yes! Custom sizes and color variations are available upon request. Please reach out via email with the name of the artwork and the specifications you're looking for, and I will get back to you with the options.
