Who is behind Koidå?

Koidå is a passion project and a one-person business. Every print is curated, packed, and shipped by me, Marja This means that every order gets a personal touch, and I truly appreciate your support for independent art!

When will my order be shipped?

To keep things sustainable and manageable as a solo creator, I ship orders once a week on sundays. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide. No matter where you are I want to bring a piece of Koidå to your home.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I don't have flat rates; instead, shipping is based on current postal rates (PostNord/National Postal Service) depending on the weight of your order and your location.

How are the prints packaged?

I take great care to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition. Shipped in sturdy cardboard tubes or reinforced flat envelopes to prevent bending. 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on where you live:

Sweden: 2–5 business days after shipping.

Europe: 5–10 business days after shipping.

Rest of the world: 10–20 business days depending on customs and local postal services.

What if my print arrives damaged?

Even though I pack everything securely, accidents can happen during transit. If your order is damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact me at marja.nyberg@gmail.com within 7 days, and I’ll help you out.
